Your tickets, history and profit are visible only to you, unless you're a private-beta Slack member (see Private beta in Slack below). There are no public profiles, and we never ask for your sportsbook login.

  1. Screenshots you upload on the web are stored privately, only you can open them, and they're deleted 30 days after the ticket settles.
  2. Screenshots you posted in Slack stay in Slack.
  3. Our team can't see your ticket screenshots.
  4. If you attach a screenshot to a support chat on purpose, the people on our support team can view that one attachment, and every view is logged.

Private beta in Slack

Private beta: if you're a private-beta Slack member, your tickets are shared with the other beta members on the tracker and in #sweats. In Slack, say "keep my tickets private" to stop #sweats callouts.

Crews are free during the beta. Nothing is shared with a crew until you share a ticket, and your stake and payout stay hidden unless you show them. Screenshots and your sportsbook are never shared.
