These terms describe BetTracker HQ accounts, which are not open to the public yet. Until launch, members of the private beta share tickets with each other.
Who we are
BetTracker HQ is run by Infinite Ventures LLC, doing business as BetTracker HQ · 732 S 6th St #7290, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Questions: support@bettrackerhq.com.
Tracking only
BetTracker HQ is a personal tracker for sports bets you place elsewhere. It does not take bets, hold money, sell picks or link to sportsbooks. Nothing here is an offer or invitation to gamble.
21 or older
You must be 21 or older. You are responsible for following the laws where you live and bet. Don't use BetTracker HQ if you have self-excluded from gambling or if gambling is causing you harm.
Not advice, no guarantees
Ticket reads, live states and model picks can be wrong. Screenshots are read by AI, which can misread legs, odds, stakes and payouts, so check every read before you track it. Live data can lag and may be wrong. Always check your sportsbook for the official result. Nothing here is financial or betting advice, and no pick is guaranteed.
Your data
When accounts open, your tickets will be private to you unless you choose to share them, and you'll be able to export or delete everything from Settings. In the private beta today, members' tickets are shared with each other (the live view, history, leaderboard and the Slack channel). See the Privacy Policy.
Crews
- You must be 21 or older to create or join a crew.
- You're responsible for what you share with a crew.
- Crew names must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or advertise.
- Crews must not be used to pool money, collect stakes, or sell or tout picks. We don't hold, move or settle money for anyone.
- We may rename or remove a crew, or remove a member, for breaking these terms.
- Reports are reviewed by people.
Fair use
We may suspend access for anyone who abuses the service, for example with automated uploads. When accounts open, ticket reads will have daily limits.
No affiliation
BetTracker HQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, any team, or any sportsbook or casino. Their names appear only to identify games and the source of a price or ticket.
As is
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties. We aren't responsible for gambling losses or for decisions based on a wrong read, score or price.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about them or the service will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes
These terms are interim and will be replaced by the final version before accounts open. Each version is dated, and sign-up records the version you accepted.
