- Open Settings.
- Open Export, then tap Download JSON or Download CSV.
The file has every ticket and leg you've tracked. The JSON also includes your profile settings and sharing choice, the bot's memory of you, your support chats and reports on this account, a list of the screenshots you sent support (not the images), and each time you accepted the Terms. The CSV has tickets and legs only. Screenshots aren't included.
