- Download your dataSettings → Export gives you every ticket and leg as JSON or CSV; the JSON adds your settings, support chats and the bot's memory of you.
- Delete your accountSettings → Delete account removes your profile, tickets, screenshots and the bot's memory of you for good.
- Daily limits (slip reads)30 ticket reads a day across Slack and the web; the count resets at midnight Pacific.
