Screenshots you upload on the web are deleted 30 days after the ticket settles. The ticket data stays in your history.

Who sees what
Exactly who can see your tickets
Private by default. The one exception today is the private beta in Slack.

- Every ticket, leg and result, your history and profit, and your screenshots.
- Other members
- Nothing by default. There are no public profiles. In the private beta in Slack, members' tickets are shared with the other beta members.
- Crews
- Only the tickets you choose to share, with the crews you choose. Stake and payout hidden unless you show them. Never screenshots.
- Sportsbooks
- Nothing. We never connect to your book.
- Support
- Only a screenshot you choose to send in a support chat, and every view is logged.
In detail
BetTracker HQ was built private by default. Your tickets, history and profit are visible only to you, unless you're a private-beta Slack member, and you never hand us a sportsbook password.
Screenshots are temporary
Screenshots you upload on the web are stored privately and deleted 30 days after the ticket settles; screenshots you posted in Slack stay in Slack. You can download your data or delete your account from Settings at any time.
No account linking
You upload a screenshot or photo of the ticket, so there is nothing to connect. Crews are free during the beta, and you choose which tickets a crew sees, one ticket at a time.

Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How do crews work?
Crews are free during the beta. Make a crew, invite friends with a link, and share only the tickets you choose. Your stake and payout stay hidden unless you show them, and screenshots are never shared.
