Betting should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve money problems. BetTracker HQ helps you see your betting clearly: every ticket, every result, and your real profit or loss.

What we will and won't do
- We never take bets, hold money, or bet for you.
- We never tell you to bet more, chase losses, or "double up."
- Picks are a formula applied to public stats, for fun and information. No pick is ever guaranteed, and most bettors lose money over time.
- We're 21+ only.
Tools we offer today
- Mute pings for any ticket. Open the ticket in the app and turn its pings off, or use the ticket's mute button in Slack.
- Delete my account. Settings › Delete my account removes your account and tickets right away (some records stay, as listed on the delete screen).
- Talk to a person. Messages in the support chat or by email that we recognise as being about gambling harm or a crisis go to a person on our team, not the AI, and you get these helplines right away.
Signs betting might be becoming a problem
- Betting more than you planned, or more than you can afford to lose
- Chasing losses: betting again to win back what you lost
- Borrowing money, or using bill or rent money, to bet
- Hiding your betting from people close to you
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you're not betting, or when you lose
- Betting taking time away from work, school, family or sleep
If any of these sound familiar, you're not alone, and help works.
Tools at your sportsbook
Licensed sportsbooks offer deposit limits, wager limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Ask your book (in Nevada, ask the sportsbook or casino directly). Many states also run statewide self-exclusion programs.
