These terms describe BetTracker HQ accounts, which are not open to the public yet. Until launch, members of the private beta share tickets with each other.
Who we are: Infinite Ventures LLC, doing business as BetTracker HQ · 732 S 6th St #7290, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Questions and privacy requests: support@bettrackerhq.com.
What we keep (accounts): your email (for sign-in), display name, time zone, home book, money settings, whether you passed the 21+ check and on what date (never your date of birth), the terms version you accepted, your tickets and legs, and your ticket screenshots, and, if you use crews, crew names, membership, sharing choices, reports you file, and in-app notices.
Who sees it: when accounts open, your tickets will be visible only to you unless you choose to share them, and screenshots will be stored privately and deleted 30 days after the bet settles. In the private beta today, members' tickets are shared with each other (the live view, history, leaderboard and the Slack channel). Please crop or cover account numbers before you upload.
Crews: if you join a crew, nothing is shared until you choose. A ticket you share shows its legs, price, live status and result to that crew's members. Your stake and payout are hidden unless you turn Hide amounts off. Screenshots, your sportsbook, notes, history and totals are never shared. Leaving a crew, being removed, a crew being deleted, or deleting your account removes your shared tickets from that crew right away.
Service providers: we use a cloud hosting provider (runs the site and the app), a database and sign-in provider (stores your account, tickets and screenshots, and handles sign-in), an email delivery provider (sends our email, such as sign-in links, waitlist confirmations and support replies), Google (only if you sign in with Google) and Slack (only if you connect it). An AI service provider reads your ticket screenshots to pull out the legs, processes support chat messages so Tessa, our AI assistant, can answer them, and processes messages you send the Slack bot so it can understand them. Our service providers, the AI service provider included, may process your data outside the United States, including in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live. The AI service provider's own terms may allow it to use what it receives, for example to improve its services, and we don't control that, so please leave out anything you don't want it to see. Messages we recognise as sensitive (like gambling problems, a crisis, legal, billing or account security) are not sent to the AI, and diagnostics and attachments never are; they go only to a person on our team. The sports data sources that supply our live scores, injury reports and odds data never receive your personal data.
Waitlist: if you join the waitlist, we keep your email until you remove it (every waitlist email has a remove link).
What we don't do: we don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Your controls: when accounts open, Settings will offer Download my data (JSON or CSV) and Delete my account (removes your profile, tickets, screenshots, memories and linked accounts). Until then, email support@bettrackerhq.com to export or delete your data. You can also leave or delete crews, and Stop sharing with all crews.
21+ only: we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 21, we delete it.
