Coming soon: paid plans. Today BetTracker HQ is free: everything in the app costs nothing during the private beta, and we don't ask for a card.
Pro, plans and prices haven't been announced, and nothing is charged today.
The beta has daily limits, like 30 ticket reads a day (see Daily limits).
