- Open the ticket. If it's open or in Review, use Settle by hand to mark it Won, Lost or Push.
- If something else is wrong, ask Tessa from Help and report it. You'll get a report number to follow in My reports.
Profit for a hand-settled ticket comes from the ticket you confirmed: a win pays the stored to-win amount.
